Privacy

This policy covers all Formkod websites: formkod.com, kod.formkod.com, forge.formkod.com and forge2.formkod.com. In short: no cookies, no tracking, and we only use what you send us to answer you.

Who is responsible

Formkod is a brand of Accruvia AB, Sweden. Accruvia AB is the data controller for personal data handled through the Formkod websites.

No cookies, analytics or tracking

The Formkod websites set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Nothing is stored in your browser. The 3D experiences run entirely in your browser.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records technical data when a page is requested: IP address, time, requested address, browser type and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the sites running and secure, and they are deleted automatically after a short period (by default 14 days). The sites are hosted on a server provided by OVHcloud.

Contact form and email

When you send an enquiry through the contact form on forge.formkod.com, we receive your name, email address, company (optional), what you need, budget (optional), your message and which Formkod site you came from. The form is delivered to us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which processes it on our behalf. The same applies when you email or call us directly.

We use this information only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We keep enquiries as long as needed for that, and delete those that do not lead to a project within 12 months.

Fonts

formkod.com, kod.formkod.com and forge.formkod.com serve their fonts from our own server. forge2.formkod.com loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when you visit that site.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to info@formkod.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Changes

We update this policy when the websites change. Last updated 25 September 2026.
